Super eXcited to See concerts With my mates
I’m going to be saying things about this one thing that everyone keeps saying things about lately. That thing, in Austin?
I’m still not attending in much of an official capacity, but I’m getting more access than I’ve ever had before and I have way more invested in the kinds of promotion the festival is intended to foster.
Anyway, I expect to still feel (and be) an outsider to most of what’s going on and hope that provides an original perspective; or at the very least, softens the edge on the privileged entitlement that doubtlessly infects every thing written about it.
So, forgive me if you’re sick of hearing about Downton Southby. It’ll be over soon, I promise.
